What is the difference between the platform and agency services?

The platform is self-serve software: you run audits, track rankings and generate assets yourself. Agency services are done-for-you programmes run by our strategists, who use the same platform data. Every agency engagement includes a platform plan.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge and downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Agency retainers run on a rolling three-month notice.
